Over the years, we have watched them grow and planned irrigation, care and harvest around this orchard’s needs.
Today, we have around 50,000 walnut trees across 300 hectares. We grow Chandler, Howard and red-kernel Livermore. Although the varieties differ, we know where each one grows, when it is harvested and how it is dried.

The work does not end at harvest. We wash the walnuts, remove their green husks and dry them. After checking and sorting, we pack them.
This is our orchard in Uzunköprü. These photographs show our trees, our facilities and the team who sort our walnuts.

We bring the harvested walnuts to our facilities inside the orchard. After washing and removing their green husks, we dry them, sort them by size, check them and pack them in-shell.
We care about the kernel, its colour and its taste. We assess each variety by its own character: Chandler’s pale kernel and Livermore’s red kernel look different. With both, we want you to enjoy the walnut when you crack it open.
